We're taking our holiday break, and enjoying a few days away from the studio. Time to do a little cookie baking, some knitting and stitching, and just generally relax and enjoy the bright winter sunshine.
I find the older I get the more I crave sunny days, and light in general. When I was younger I loved rainy days and dark cozy rooms all the time. Now, I still enjoy the occasional rainy day, just not too many in a row. Mostly, I want it bright and cheerful...even if that means turning on all the lights:)
